Processing of personal data

By agreeing to the processing of your personal data, you agree that Commercial company Shean s.r.o., registered office Svitavská 500, 678 01 Blansko, company ID: 26768479, registered in the public register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 48866 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on personal data protection, the following personal data will be collected: name and surname, company name, email, telephone number and address. The data is collected and processed for providing marketing services and the will be kept by the Data Collector for 2 years.

You give your explicit and informed consent to the processing of the listed personal data above, however, you can withdraw it at any time by sending an email to info@shean.cz or by post to the following address: Shean s.r.o., Svitavská 500, 678 01 Blansko.

You may also process the Personal Data that you have processed for the Administrator by the following processors:

• Commercial company Shean s.r.o., registered office Svitavská 500, 678 01 Blansko, ID 26768479, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno in Section C, File 48866 as Provider of Marketing Services.
• Alternatively, other companies whose services the Administrator does not use so far.

You may also review and revise your personal data.
